Figure out what is dairy and what isn't so you'll know what to avoid if you're sensitive or intolerant to dairy. | The Dairy List from small-eats.com

Dairy is so much more than just milk. Whether you’re cutting out dairy to reduce inflammation, need help with an autoimmune condition, or are doing an elimination diet like AIP or reset like Whole30 or The 21 Day Sugar Detox at a higher level, knowing what is and isn’t dairy can get confusing.

I’ve put together a list for you to pin, save, and refer to when you’re not sure if the food you’re eating is dairy free or not. This list includes foods as well as ingredients.

Make sure you read the ingredient list and food label carefully to suss out the dairy to see if it’s something you want to eat. When you’re reading the label, also check right below the list, often there’ll be a line that says “CONTAINS MILK, SOY, WHEAT…” and that can help you quickly decide if you want that food or if you’ll look for another.
