In addition to blogging, podcasting and being a nutritionist, I’ve got other skills to share. For the past seven years, I’ve been designing, concepting, producing and developing books, planners, stationery and other paper products at my day jobs for well known stationery and product companies. In addition to designing and making all of these things, I’ve spent the past seven years immersed in the happenings of the book, planner and stationery markets.
While designing and making all of these products for the past seven years has been interesting, my real passion is to help you, a fellow health and wellness practitioner/entrepreneur who is also trying to create change in the world with your clients and community. - Several design options of your product within a timely fashion
- A fully designed product that we co-create (me with design, you with the content and vision)
- Packaging for your product
Product Design Production: $70/hr, 1 hr min
- Formatting your provided art or art elements and text into factory/vendor templates
- Converting your provided artwork to be ready to hand off to the factory/vendor
- Getting your artwork ready to hand off to the factory/vendor
- Providing options on what you could make based on what you want and need
- Providing clear specifications for the factory/vendor
With this Service You’ll Get:
- Production ready files for the factory/vendor can easily print/produce it
Product Development Ideation: (design is not involved in this step) $250/hr, 1hr min
- Talking through the ways to organize, design and present your product for your client/customer/community
- Helping you figure out what specifications and features you want on your product
- Brainstorming the entire experience of your product, from how they use it to how it’s packaged
With this Service, You’ll Get (depending on your needs):
- Industry-based recommendations on how to best organize, design and present your product
- Industry-based recommendations on additional specifications and features to add to your product
- Industry-based recommendations on how to package your product
Product Development Strategy: $250/hr, 1 hr min
- Helping you figure out how to best make your product to fit your client/community/customer, your vision and budget
- Providing background and suggestions on what else could be in the market similar to the product you want to create
- What’s competitive and fair pricing for your product
- Recommendations on order quantities for your product
- Recommendations on when to sell and how to market your product

Product Development: $60/hr
- Walking you through the product development process
- Managing the communication with the factory/vendor
- Explaining and helping you decide the best specifications and potentially special features for your product (i.e. foil, spot UV, unique book bindings, etc)
- Submitting specifications to get pricing and pricing options from factory/vendor
- Finalizing pricing with factory/vendor
- Submitting your files to the factory/vendor
- Coordinating and communicating with factory/vendor
- Reviewing product proofs with you and providing recommendations
- Relaying requests and adjustments to the factory/vendor
With this Service, You’ll Get:
- A better understanding of the product development process
- A better understanding of how products are made and the special features that would work best for your product
- A better understanding of what it costs to make a product
- Peace of mind knowing that I will handle the factory/vendor communication and negotiation
Please note: While I can do all of the communication with the factory/vendor for you, you will be responsible for paying the factory/vendor to create the product. I will put you in direct contact with the factory/vendor to make that payment.You will also be receiving the entire final shipment of your product directly from the factory/vendor, I do not store or arrange storage of client’s products.
Reprint or Reorder Coordination: $50 flat fee
- Reaching out to the vendor/factory to get more of your product made and shipped to you
