I’m currently taking a limited number of distance clients to work with one-on-one with Nutritional Therapy.
What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is an individualized, foundational approach to nutrition and wellness that starts with nutrition as a way to heal, get healthy, and prevent disease and illness. I do not diagnose or treat conditions, rather support correcting imbalances in the body to allow it to do it’s work. Read more about Nutritional Therapy here.
Who’s a good fit for Nutritional Therapy?
Lots of people can benefit from working with a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I focus on working with people who want to get clarity on what works for their specific health and life situation. My clients want to focus on gaining health over weight or fat loss (I do not work with clients who’s primary goal is weight or fat loss. In working on your health goals, your body composition could change, but that is not the focus of my client work). They are willing to look at the bigger picture of their lives to adjust their health, think critically and are open to experimentation.
Where Do We Start?
If you want to learn more and see if I’m a good match to help you on your health journey, we’ll set up a fifteen minute free consultation call so you can share your goals and learn more about how nutritional therapy can help you.
Once you decide we’re a good fit, we’ll move on to an initial intake.
An initial intake is a 60-90 minute call or Skype session that reviews your health history, 7 day food journal and goes into deeper detail about your health issues and goals. Together we will lay the groundwork for your unique nutritional and lifestyle plan that fits you and your goals. After the call I will send you an email with actionable steps to take to reach your health goals.
Follow Up Calls
Follow up calls are 30 minute check-ins that can be scheduled once a week or every other, depending on how much support you’d like from me. We can review questions, help with any blocks or issues, and adjust the plan as needed to fit your life. All calls will need to take place in the evenings or weekends.
These follow up calls are a part of 3 or 6 month packages.
