Summer has a wonderful way of pulling us outdoors. The longer, brighter days pull us from the couch to the beach, backyard, or just around the neighborhood for a walk. As the sun beckons us out longer, the kitchen can get a little quieter. The desire for quick and less piping hot dishes grows. More cooling fruit and salads dominate our plates. They even come together in a great marriage….
